House Secrets (Joe DeMarco Series Book 4) by Mike Lawson
Summary
A newsman is overheard to say he's working on the biggest political scandal since Watergate. A few days later, he washes up dead. It's time to call in Joe DeMarco.
In this fast-paced fourth in the DeMarco series, the trail leads DeMarco to Senator Paul Morelli, the handsome and gifted rising star considered a shoo-in for the presidential nomination. Is there a dark side to Morelli, being carefully concealed? The victimized women from Morelli's past are keeping their mouths shut — those who are still alive. It may take a dangerous sting operation to reveal Morelli's true colors ... but even DeMarco cannot foresee the stunning final twist.
