About the Author
Born in Oslo, Norway, Astrid and her family currently live in Olympia, WA. An expert on Norway's culture, traditions, folklore and culinary customs, Astrid has conducted professional tours throughout Scandinavia. Astrid has appeared on television and radio talk shows throughout the United States. She is food editor for the Sons of Norway Viking Magazine. Astrid's video, "Christmas in Norway" has been shown on television in the USA and Scandinavia.
